Any licensee has the legal right to ask you to leave without prejudice, it's the law. In the allegation we are supposed to assert that a bar, that employees gay people, that is frequented by gay people and where the owner itself has family members who are gay, would simply take offence to a gay couple kissing one another?  I suggest as the owner reports, and which I envisage can be corroborated through witnesses within the bar, that you were both acting in an overt sexual manner which the management were concerned with. I do suggest caution as the owner can lay a criminal complaint in regard to the latter. It may not be progressed by the crown however, they're is likely enough for a charge to be laid through Wellington police.What really sickens me is the arrogance of this couple and their perception of social convention.  A request of an apology and training for the bouncer would suggest a perceived sense of superiority which is normally a manifestation of an underachiever.  I do hope the bar pursues a civil case to sue both these ladies for defamation.
